Good questions.
Useful answers.
Start with the questions callers ask most often, then confirm the terms for your equipment, address, and dates.
How much does a rental cost?
The total depends on equipment, dates, delivery address, transport, and service. Request an itemized quote covering delivery, pickup, taxes, and any extra charges. Compare cost factors and historical examples.
How many toilets do I need?
For an event, one unit per 50 guests is a rough starting estimate. Duration, peak use, food and drinks, other bathrooms, and accessibility need a separate review. See the event planning guide. Construction needs a crew-specific assessment.
Can delivery happen before a weekend event?
Ask about delivery ahead of the event and whether it affects the price. Confirm the accepted setup and pickup windows with the venue before booking.
Does someone need to be there?
Some deliveries can be unattended when the provider agrees, access is clear, and placement is marked. Give a reachable contact and a backup, plus any gate instructions.
Can it go in my backyard?
Potentially, subject to the access check. Describe the gate, vehicle route, steps, slope, overhead obstacles, and distance from the service vehicle. Have a backup position ready.
Will the driver call before arrival?
Request an advance call or text and provide a reachable site contact. Confirm what notice is agreed; a requested time is not a guaranteed arrival.
Can you deliver the same day?
Call (530) 245-8998 with the address and deadline. Urgent requests depend on equipment and route availability. Confirm the arrival window and any rush charge before relying on delivery.
How often is the toilet cleaned?
Agree the service frequency for the expected use. For ongoing construction, ask about weekly service, the first visit, included supplies, and extra-service charges.
Are toilet paper and sanitizer included?
Confirm toilet paper, sanitizer, soap, towels, and replenishment for the equipment you choose. Supplies vary by unit and service plan.
Do you collect automatically when the job finishes?
For an open-ended rental, request pickup directly. Confirm removal and the billing end date; the estimated job finish date may not trigger collection.
How do payment and invoices work?
Confirm payment and electronic paperwork with the contact handling your order. This website sends a rental inquiry and does not collect card details or payment.
Can the billing address differ from delivery?
Provide separate billing and delivery details when arranging the order. The quote request only needs the information required to start the rental discussion.
What if I cancel?
Check the deadline, applicable fee or refund, and holiday treatment in the written rental agreement before paying. The terms depend on the order.
What if delivery is delayed or a service visit is missed?
Call with your order reference, site address, and contact details. Ask for a dispatch update or service review. A general delivery window is not a driver-confirmed arrival estimate.
