Plan your Redding
restroom rental.
Coordinate the address, venue permissions, accessible routes and service access before the equipment arrives. These Redding and Shasta County resources help you prepare.
Choose the right entrance, not just the postal address
For a Downtown Redding event, a work site or a private property, include the entrance the delivery vehicle should actually use. Mark the proposed restroom position and identify a backup. Keep placement clear of traffic, entrances and accessible routes, and name a contact who can approve changes on arrival.
Redding parks, venues and public spaces
Confirm the venue reservation and proposed equipment positions with the organizer or property manager. Ask about vehicle access, turf protection, anchoring, service windows and removal deadlines. These conditions are site-specific; do not assume that a rental order authorizes placement in a park, street or sidewalk. Food vendors need a separate handwashing check
A guest handwashing station does not automatically satisfy a food vendor’s requirements. Give the organizer the menu, vendor setup and washing arrangements, and confirm applicable approvals with Shasta County Environmental Health. Use the county’s current coordinator and temporary food facility materials. Shasta County food facility forms ↗.
Plan accessibility at each restroom location
Choose the documented unit configuration and a usable approach from parking, seating and activity areas. Review each separate restroom cluster, rather than only the total number of toilets on the site. Our accessible equipment page compares three named models and links to the U.S. Access Board guidance.
Protect the service route as conditions change
A narrow gate, low wire, softened surface or newly stored material can affect delivery and pumping. Tell us about conditions at the time of booking and report changes before the visit. For trailers, identify usable power and water connections as well as the space needed for setup and removal. Ask our team to review weather-related placement or schedule changes.
All cities and towns across seven counties
We serve all cities and towns in Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, Trinity, Lassen, Modoc and Plumas counties. Share the complete address, dates and access details so equipment, delivery and recurring servicing can be scheduled. Explore our county-wide service areas.
Set responsibilities before confirming the order
The organizer or site manager should identify permit, property and venue requirements and who will obtain approvals. Confirm any role for our rental team in writing.
