A smooth delivery
starts before arrival.
Tell us how to reach the site, where the restroom should go, and when access is available. Plan the return trip too.

Agree setup and pickup windows
Share the event or project start, earliest delivery access, and latest collection time. Include venue closures and holidays. Confirm the accepted schedule in writing before approving the order.
Measure the route, not just the unit
Check gates, tight turns, low branches or wires, parked vehicles, slopes, and soft ground. Request clearance requirements for both the actual restroom and the delivery and service vehicles. Use the full placement checklist.
Mark the position and keep a contact available
Agree a placement spot and a backup. Unattended delivery requires clear access and prior agreement; a cone or sign can help identify the position. Share a reachable site contact and backup. Give gate codes directly to the provider.
Confirm arrival communication
Request an advance call or text and confirm the agreed notice. If an exact time matters, have it accepted explicitly. For an update on delivery day, call with your order reference and site address.
Arrange removal and keep access clear
Request pickup directly for an open-ended order and confirm the billing end date. Preserve the route for pumping and loading throughout the rental. Do not tilt or move a filled unit yourself.
Does someone need to be there?
Some deliveries can be unattended when the provider agrees, access is clear, and placement is marked. Give a reachable contact and a backup, plus any gate instructions.
Can it go in my backyard?
Potentially, subject to the access check. Describe the gate, vehicle route, steps, slope, overhead obstacles, and distance from the service vehicle. Have a backup position ready.
Will the driver call before arrival?
Request an advance call or text and provide a reachable site contact. Confirm what notice is agreed; a requested time is not a guaranteed arrival.
Do you collect automatically when the job finishes?
For an open-ended rental, request pickup directly. Confirm removal and the billing end date; the estimated job finish date may not trigger collection.
Tell us the location.
We’ll talk through the rest.
