Keep the rental
ready for use.
Agree the service schedule and supplies before the unit arrives. Keep access clear, and report changes in use or condition.

Delivery readiness and the service visit
Our service offering includes routine restroom cleaning, waste tank pumping and removal, and sanitation supply restocking. Confirm the preparation and inspection of the allocated unit before delivery. Record the pumping, interior cleaning, deodorizing, restocking and inspection tasks included in your agreed visits; their frequency follows the rental agreement.
Agree the first visit and regular schedule
Request a service plan for the number of users and length of the rental. For an ongoing project, ask about weekly service, the first visit, and how to report a missed visit. Review construction rental planning.
Confirm pumping, cleaning, and supplies
Have the quote identify waste removal, cleaning, toilet paper, sanitizer, and any deodorizing treatment. For sinks or separate stations, also confirm clean water, soap, towels, and wastewater handling.
Keep the service route clear
Provide gate access by arrangement and keep vehicles, materials, and equipment out of the route. Report access changes during the rental so servicing and pickup can be planned.
Request extra service when use changes
More guests, workers, or hours of use can change the service need. Ask about extra visits and their cost. If a unit is tipped, damaged, overflowing, or unusable, stop using it and call the equipment provider for instructions.
Check handwashing and trailer requirements
Agree fresh-water refills, wastewater removal, and supply replenishment. For a trailer, use the actual equipment’s utility and service specifications. Review trailer setup questions.
How often is the toilet cleaned?
Agree the service frequency for the expected use. For ongoing construction, ask about weekly service, the first visit, included supplies, and extra-service charges.
Are toilet paper and sanitizer included?
Confirm toilet paper, sanitizer, soap, towels, and replenishment for the equipment you choose. Supplies vary by unit and service plan.
What if delivery is delayed or a service visit is missed?
Call with your order reference, site address, and contact details. Ask for a dispatch update or service review. A general delivery window is not a driver-confirmed arrival estimate.
