These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of porta potty rental services provided by Redding Porta Potty Rental ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By renting our equipment or using our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
We provide portable toilet rental services including:
- • Standard porta potty rentals
- • Deluxe porta potty rentals with enhanced features
- • ADA accessible portable toilets
- • Luxury trailer restroom rentals
- • Handwashing stations
- • Delivery, setup, maintenance, and pickup services
2. Reservations and Booking
2.1 Booking Process
- • Reservations can be made by phone at (530) 245-8998 or through our website
- • All bookings are subject to equipment availability
- • We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance
- • Peak season and weekend bookings may require longer advance notice
2.2 Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of required deposit and signed rental agreement. We will provide written confirmation including delivery details, rental period, and total costs.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
- • Rental rates are based on equipment type, rental duration, and delivery location
- • Prices include standard delivery, setup, one cleaning service, and pickup
- • Additional services (extra cleanings, extended rentals) incur additional charges
- • All prices are subject to applicable taxes
3.2 Payment Terms
- • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
- • Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements are made
- • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
4. Delivery and Pickup
4.1 Delivery
- • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors
- • Customer must provide clear access to delivery location
- • Delivery location must be accessible by our delivery vehicles
- • Customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits if required
4.2 Pickup
- • Equipment must be accessible for pickup at agreed-upon time
- • Customer must ensure units are not locked or blocked
- • Extended rental fees apply if pickup is delayed due to customer
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Proper Use
- • Units must be used only for their intended purpose
- • No smoking, illegal activities, or inappropriate behavior in units
- • Do not dispose of inappropriate items (diapers, feminine products, etc.)
- • Maximum occupancy limits must be observed
5.2 Site Preparation
- • Provide level, stable ground for unit placement
- • Ensure adequate clearance for delivery truck access
- • Mark underground utilities and sprinkler systems
- • Protect units from vandalism and unauthorized use
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Standard rental includes:
- • One cleaning service for rentals up to one week
- • Weekly cleaning for longer-term rentals
- • Restocking of supplies (toilet paper, hand sanitizer)
- • Additional cleanings available for extra charge
7. Damage and Loss
7.1 Customer Liability
Customer is responsible for:
- • Damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear
- • Theft or loss of equipment
- • Vandalism or misuse by event attendees
- • Costs to clean units excessively soiled beyond normal use
7.2 Damage Charges
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to customer for damaged or lost equipment. Customer may be required to provide security deposit for high-risk events.
8. Cancellation Policy
- • Cancellations made 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund of deposit
- • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before delivery: 50% deposit refund
- • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund
- • Weather-related cancellations will be handled case-by-case
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Customer assumes responsibility for proper use and safety around equipment.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government regulations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Shasta County, California.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to customers.
